What is FUN Jam?
It’s a great way for current Ninja Students to compete in a friendly timed competition. There will be a main course and side missions!
These side missions can be anything else that we do in our gym - from most push-ups in 30 seconds to highest box jump. The timed course and side missions remain a secret until the day of the competition.
All participants must be at least 6 years-old, currently enrolled in USA Ninja Challenge Classes.
We will divide all participants into separate age-groups, based on how many ninjas sign-up. Each age group will have a 1-hour assigned time. Event time will held from Noon - 6 pm

*Children can begin classes ANYTIME but classes do fill! We do not run sessions and new children start every week! Our memberships run month to month and the most common question we get is "is it too late to sign up?". The answer is no, we have all levels of ability in our classes and challenge each child at their level. Classes do fill fast so sign up soon if you are ready to get started!
USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training, and track and field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 4 to 17.
Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills and challenges to tackle. Ninjas that demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children’s self-esteem, confidence and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time.
Confidence is key to a good social life; physical activity helps with that. As you become stronger and faster, your self-confidence will grow, you’ll be able to take pride in the physical things you can now do and appreciate the progress you’ve made.
Physical activity can also help your concentration skills, by providing a release valve for stress and pressure and encouraging higher levels of endorphins. If you can concentrate well on important work and social tasks, you’ll be happier overall.
Being social is most enjoyable when you feel good about yourself, have a positive self-image and high self-esteem. Exercise can help with that. By maintaining a healthy weight and an uplifted mood, you’ll feel better about yourself and can engage in social activities fully and frequently.
One of the biggest social benefits of exercise is just that – an improved social life. Especially if you participate in team sports or exercise with a group, you’ll develop greater empathy and social skills. You’ll also make new friends and gain new social outlets.
